Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable due to sickness or a change of obligations. All confirmed bookings require full upfront payment at the time of booking via our online booking system.

Full payment will apply to all confirmed bookings who cancel with less than 48 hours' notice. We have to do this in order to cover our costs of running the business. All booking may be rescheduled via online.
